This policy applies to Avisha Design (https://avishadesign.co.in) and to the enquiries, projects and payments we handle for our customers. If you have any question about it, write to [email protected].

• Enquiry details you give us through the demo form or WhatsApp: name, business name, phone number, email address, city, business type and what you need.
• Project content you send us so we can build your website: logos, photographs, product and service details, prices, timings and location.
• Billing details needed to raise an invoice, such as your business name, address and GSTIN where applicable.
• Basic technical data such as pages visited and approximate location, used only to understand how the website is performing.

We do not collect or store your card number, UPI PIN, net-banking credentials or any other payment credential. Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partner, Razorpay, on their own secure systems.

• To prepare your free demo and answer your enquiry.
• To design, build, host and support the website you have ordered.
• To raise invoices, collect payment and keep accounting records required by law.
• To send service messages about your project, renewal or support request.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages to people who have not asked to hear from us.

We share only what is necessary, and only with service providers who help us deliver our work: our payment gateway (Razorpay) for processing payments, hosting and domain providers for running your website, and email or messaging services for communicating with you. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Our website uses only the cookies needed for the site to work and, where enabled, simple analytics to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

Enquiry details are kept for up to 24 months. Project files and correspondence are kept for as long as we support your website and for a reasonable period afterwards. Invoices and tax records are kept for the period required under Indian law.

We use access-controlled accounts, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and reputable hosting providers. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information.

You may ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.

Our services are meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
